Terms of Service
Effective: February 2026 · THE SOVEREIGN UMBRELLA COMMAND
1 · The Service
THE SOVEREIGN UMBRELLA COMMAND ("the Command OS", "we") provides a business command dashboard: portfolio tracking, agent-assisted analysis, marketing drafting, document vaulting, payment orchestration, and workflow automation. You retain full ownership of your ventures, data, and content. You are the Commander; the OS executes only what you configure and approve.
2 · AI Usage Disclosure
The Command OS uses large language models (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models via secured gateways) to generate insights, drafts, campaign copy, prep briefs, and support answers. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated output may contain errors and is provided as decision support, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice; (b) content you submit to AI-assisted features is processed by the model providers listed in our Privacy Policy Data Inventory; (c) financial actions always require your explicit approval — no AI agent can move money without your one-click authorization; and (d) you are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted material before publication.
3 · Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Execution Console, browser automation, sourcing, or publication loops to: violate any law, infringe intellectual property, scrape sites in breach of their terms, send spam, distribute malware, or target private/internal networks. We enforce technical guards (sandboxing, SSRF protection, rate limits) and may suspend accounts that attempt to bypass them.
4 · DMCA Takedown Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content stored or published through the Command OS infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@umbrellacommand.example including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the affected user, and accept counter-notifications as provided by § 512(g). Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.
5 · Payments
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Charges initiated through the Command Wallet require your explicit approval per transaction. You are responsible for the accuracy of live API keys you connect and for all charges authorized under your account.
6 · Liability
The Command OS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit aggregate liability to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability for willful misconduct or where such limits are unlawful.
7 · SMS Alert Terms
By providing your mobile number in Settings, you consent to receive operational alert SMS messages from the Command OS (submission confirmations, system status changes, and critical account notifications). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.
8 · Termination & Data Rights
You may erase your account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete My Account (Right to be Forgotten) and export everything via Download My Data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
